All orders are fulfilled from our Internet warehouse and inventory. Available products are usually prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days.
Certain limitations may be applicable, notably when experiencing a holiday, higher volume of orders, availability of stock, or for any other reason outside our control (such as production material shortages and carrier delays)
If the product that you selected is not available for order preparation and shipment, you may select the option to receive a notification when the product is back in stock for purchase and shipment.
Smol Dream Lab LLC is not responsible for any delay in the treatment of your orders in the case of stock shortages or other reasons.

Smoldreamlab.com products can be ONLY be shipped to a civic address in the United States of America.
Any order to be sent to a (PO)mailbox will not be accepted and discarded.

Furthermore, Smol Dream Lab LLC and Smoldreamlab.com cannot be held responsible for any damage during the transit of an order either to the packaging and to the product inside such packaging, which are the sole liability of the transporter / messenger service company.
