Return Policy

The products offered on our site ‘smoldreamlab.com’ are new and guaranteed to be free from defects. We guarantee your complete satisfaction and plenty of hours of entertainment that you will enjoy with our products.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

A return of a product will only be authorized in the event that the item received does not correspond to the item initially ordered and a return request must be sent within ten (10) days from receipt of the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No purchases by minors

The shopping cart and checkout features of this site are intended to be used by persons who have reached the age of majority (18 in most U.S. states), according to the laws where they reside. If a minor orders a product or service through this site without parent or guardian permission, then the parent or guardian may return the product or service for a refund according to the returns and exchanges policy.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Replacement, Lost or Missing Puzzle Pieces

Considering our guaranty and free from defects policy, no exchange, return or refund will be applicable nor permitted if you have a claim for puzzle pieces that are either damaged, lost or missing.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for used and opened box item or on sale items.

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
We do not ship to any countries outside of the United States at this point in time.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You can only place your order for products on this Site: SmolDreamLab.com.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to place or send an order by any other means (by phone, postal service or e-mail).


AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS

All orders are fulfilled from our Internet warehouse and inventory. Available products are usually prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days.

Certain limitations may be applicable, notably when experiencing a holiday, higher volume of orders, availability of stock, or for any other reason outside our control (such as production material shortages and carrier delays)

If the product that you selected is not available for order preparation and shipment, you may select the option to receive a notification when the product is back in stock for purchase and shipment.

Smol Dream Lab LLC is not responsible for any delay in the treatment of your orders in the case of stock shortages or other reasons.


PRICE

This site is intended to facilitate the sale of goods and services to residents in the United States.

For all orders placed and shipped in the United States of America, the prices listed on this Site Smoldreamlab.com are conveyed in American dollars (USD$), before taxes and shipping fees. Taxes (if applicable) and shipping fees will be added to the amount of your order once you complete the purchase of products in your basket.

Thereby, orders are payable in the currency denomination at time of purchase on SmolDreamLab.com.

Full payment of the order is required (item, taxes (if applicable), shipping fees) in order to proceed with shipment.

Smoldreamlab.com products can be ONLY be shipped to a civic address in the United States of America.

Any order to be sent to a (PO)mailbox will not be accepted and discarded.


TAXES

Taxes may be applicable to your purchase (price for the product, plus shipping fees). Taxes are calculated based on the recipient’s address.

Applicable fees and tax rates vary based upon the state of the recipient’s address.


SHIPPING FEES AND DELIVERY

Shipping Fees are subject to applicable taxes based on the recipient’s address (destination address).

A client cannot combine multiple orders to benefit from a a reduction of shipping fees for deliveries to be made to different addresses (locations).

In the event of promotions or special offers, you may be eligible for a special discount applicable on shipping fees and delivery.

Unless entitled to a special discount, we offer a FLAT SHIPPING FEE. Smol Dream Lab LLC and Smoldreamlab.com assumes the additional fees (in excess of the FLAT FEE). 

Note that FLAT FEES shipping rates are subject to be changed without prior notification. In case of discrepancies between the above FLAT FEE rates and the effective rates at the time of your purchase, the FLAT FEE rates applicable at the time of purchase shall then prevail and be applied.   


DELIVERY ESTIMATION

Smol Dream Lab LLC and Smoldreamlab.com shall not be held responsible at any time for any damage you may suffer due to any delay in the transit or delivery of an order.

Furthermore, Smol Dream Lab LLC and Smoldreamlab.com cannot be held responsible for any damage during the transit of an order either to the packaging and to the product inside such packaging, which are the sole liability of the transporter / messenger service company
