Return Policy

The products offered on smoldreamlab.com are new and guaranteed to be free from defects. We guarantee your complete satisfaction and plenty of hours of entertainment that you will enjoy with our products.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. A return will only be authorized in the event that the item received does not correspond to the item initially ordered, and a return request must be sent within ten (10) days from receipt of the order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at returns@smoldreamlab.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

No purchases by minors

The shopping cart and checkout features of this site are intended to be used by persons who have reached the age of majority (18 in most U.S. states), according to the laws where they reside. If a minor orders a product or service through this site without parent or guardian permission, the parent or guardian may return the product or service for a refund according to this returns and exchanges policy.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Replacement, lost, or missing puzzle pieces

Considering our guarantee and free-from-defects policy, no exchange, return, or refund will be applicable or permitted for claims regarding puzzle pieces that are damaged, lost, or missing. If you're missing a piece, please reach out to kindness@smoldreamlab.com and we'll do our best to help.

Exceptions & non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for used or opened-box items, or on sale items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at returns@smoldreamlab.com.

The following conditions apply to all orders placed and sales made directly on smoldreamlab.com. This site is intended to facilitate the sale of goods to residents of the United States.

Orders

You can only place orders for products on this site, smoldreamlab.com. It is not possible to place an order by any other means (phone, postal service, or email).

Availability of products

All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse and inventory. Available products are usually prepared for shipment within 2 to 3 business days. Certain limitations may apply, notably during holidays, periods of higher order volume, limited stock, or for any other reason outside our control (such as production material shortages and carrier delays).

If the product you selected is not available for shipment, you may choose to receive a notification when it is back in stock. Smol Dream Lab LLC is not responsible for any delay in processing your order in the case of stock shortages or other reasons.

Price

For all orders placed and shipped within the United States, the prices listed on smoldreamlab.com are shown in U.S. dollars (USD $), before taxes and shipping fees. Taxes (if applicable) and shipping fees are added to your order total once you complete your purchase. Full payment of the order (item, taxes if applicable, and shipping fees) is required to proceed with shipment.

Products can only be shipped to a civic address in the United States. Any order to be sent to a P.O. box will not be accepted.

Taxes

Taxes may be applicable to your purchase (product price plus shipping fees). Taxes are calculated based on the recipient's address, and applicable rates vary by state.

Shipping fees and delivery

Shipping fees are subject to applicable taxes based on the recipient's (destination) address. A client cannot combine multiple orders to benefit from reduced shipping fees for deliveries to different addresses.

In the event of promotions or special offers, you may be eligible for a special discount on shipping fees. Unless entitled to a special discount, we offer a flat shipping fee, and Smol Dream Lab LLC assumes any additional fees beyond that flat fee. Flat-fee shipping rates are subject to change without prior notification; in case of any discrepancy, the flat-fee rate applicable at the time of purchase will prevail.

Delivery estimation

Smol Dream Lab LLC and smoldreamlab.com shall not be held responsible for any damage you may suffer due to a delay in transit or delivery of an order. Furthermore, we cannot be held responsible for any damage during transit, either to the packaging or to the product inside, which is the sole liability of the carrier or courier service.
